Soup kettle

Steel body finished in black granite epoxy. Stainless-steel tank and lid. Used in bain-marie, double tank. Resistance : 435 watt, 1,9 amp, 230V single phase 50/60Hz.Protection index : 21. CE approval.
This kettle is equipped with a thermostat which equates approximately to the following temperatures expressed in °C: 1/35 - 2/40 - 3/45 - 4/50 - 5/53 - 6/56 - 7/60 - 8/75 - 9/90 -10 to 12/95.
Tests carried out with a full insert (8 litres) and 0,6 l of water in the bain-marie. This soup kettle ensures that the soup is maintained at the correct temperature and is not for heating purposes.
