For enhanced durability, BOURGEAT have developed and patented a new pressing to strengthen the angles of gastronorm containers giving added protection against accidental damage.

Full range of pans and lids :

  • from GN 2/1 to GN 1/9
  • all depths from 20 to 250 mm
  • different models : with or without handles, plain or perforated
  • 0.8 mm thickness (22 gauge)
