for household uses and reinforced its position on the professional
market by developing new products to follow the evolution of
the industrial and professional kitchens needs.
Bourgeat merged with Matfer in 2001 and formed Matfer-Bourgeat
Group.
Since then, a range of more than 10 000 products is offered
to catering, backery and confectionery trades.
Today BOURGEAT creates and manufactures a very large range of
appropriate utensils adapted to the new methods and regulations
of food preparation (pots & pans, Gastronorm pans, trolleys,
shelving, insulated containers, temperature
holding, reheating
temperature...)
